MPO Electric Vehicle Readiness Report
This report and presentation review how other metropolitan planning organizations are preparing for increased electric vehicle (EV) adoption. I created this to inform staff members on regional strategies to predict future EV usage and charging demand, to determine where to site public charging stations, and considerations for electric micromobility, electric school buses, electric freight, and transit fleet conversion to electric buses.
Southeast Regional Traffic Safety Report
This report investigates traffic safety trends across regions in the southeastern US and highlights strategies recommended by the Durham-Chapel Hill and Atlanta MPOs to enhance pedestrian and cyclist safety.
CTP Kickoff and Public Involvement Policy Presentations
I created the Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) overview presentation to inform members of the CTP steering committee on what the CTP is and how it is developed. I also made a presentation for TPO staff members that reviewed our previous Public Involvement Policy (PIP) and provided my thoughts on potential changes to make in the new PIP update.
